Dr. Nimzing Ladep is a Consultant Gastroenterologist, serving as Clinical Director for Gastroenterology at CHEC, leading community-based digestive health services across the UK. With a PhD in hepatocellular carcinoma epidemiology and over 40 peer-reviewed publications, he has held positions at Imperial College London, Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, and served as Senior Lecturer at the University of Jos in Nigeria. His research with the PROLIFICA project secured a 3 million Euro grant from the European Union.

Digital Innovation & Global Health Impact
Dr. Ladep pioneered digital health tools for gastrointestinal care, developing endoscopy reporting software now being trialed globally by the British Society of Gastroenterology. He created the Hepatitis Care Companion app in partnership with Gilead Sciences and donated his digital health software to Jos University Teaching Hospital in Nigeria. His work bridges clinical excellence with technological innovation to make liver health management accessible worldwide.
